During your appointment we will:

- Walk through the area where work is needed
- Assess the condition of drywall, walls, ceilings, or exterior surfaces
- Discuss your vision for the project
- Take measurements and notes for an accurate estimate
- Provide recommendations based on our experience
- Answer any questions you may have about the process

Most inquiry visits take 20–30 minutes, depending on the size of the project.

What to Have Ready (If Possible)

To help us provide the most accurate estimate, it helps if you have:

- Access to all areas that need work
- Any paint colors or finishes you are considering
- Information about previous repairs or damage
- Any photos or ideas of the look you want to achieve

Don’t worry if you’re unsure—we’re happy to guide you.

Preparing for the Visit

You do not need to fully prepare the space, but if possible:

- Move small items away from walls
- Ensure pets are secured
- Make sure the work areas are accessible

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change.

- Please provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may require rescheduling for a later date. Payments for appointments are non-refundable.

After the Visit

After your inquiry visit:

- We will prepare your project estimate
- You will receive details on scope of work, pricing, and timeline
- Once approved, we will schedule your project start date
